Information processed

Depending on use of the service, TRIGGERMINT processes business contact details, authentication data, company information, billing records, uploaded or connected business data, support communications, security logs and audit records.

Purposes and lawful basis

Information is processed to provide and secure the service, administer accounts and billing, perform requested compliance-data workflows, maintain contractual and security records, respond to requests and meet legal obligations. Depending on the activity, processing is based on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations or consent where required.

Service providers

Current production providers include Railway for application hosting and object storage, Supabase for authentication and database services, and Stripe for payment and billing services. Providers receive only the information required for their function and operate under their applicable contractual and data-protection terms.

Billing

Payment-card information is collected and processed by Stripe and is not stored by TRIGGERMINT. TRIGGERMINT receives billing identifiers, subscription status, invoice metadata and links required to display billing records and operate the customer account.

Retention

Account, billing, audit and customer-workspace data is retained for the period reasonably required to provide the service, protect account security, resolve disputes and comply with legal and accounting requirements. Customer-uploaded operational data is retained according to the active service and deletion lifecycle.

Your rights

Where UK data-protection law applies, individuals may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection. Requests can be sent to compliance@{PUBLIC_DOMAIN}. Individuals may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

International processing

Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where a restricted transfer occurs, an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism and contractual safeguards are used where required.

Security

TRIGGERMINT uses authentication, access controls, encryption in transit, protected secret management, audit logging and controlled storage to protect service data. No internet-based system can eliminate all risk, and security controls are reviewed as the service evolves.
